SAUZON Butcher Block — Large

The SAUZON Butcher Block – Large is the collection’s most generous single-sided piece — a fixed station designed for kitchens where storage and prep surface are never quite enough. Where the SAUZON Islands serve from two faces, the Butcher Block commands from one: it stands against a wall, beside a range, or at the end of a counter, offering the kind of organized depth that serious cooks require.

Two cupboards with fixed central shelves house larger items — stockpots, baking trays, mixer bowls — while two upper drawers with signature shell-shaped handles hold linens or serving pieces, and three smaller drawers with round brass knobs keep cutlery, spices, or tools within immediate reach. Five drawers, two cupboards: a complete storage architecture in a single piece.

The fixed worktop is available in solid hornbeam end-grain for cutting and prep or white quartz Unique Calacatta from Compaq Surface. The body is finished in Blond Oak, any of four De Kercoet lacquer colors or personalized color upon demand, with the belt in Oak. Hardware in Brushed Brass or Polished Stainless Steel — cast aluminium, zinc alloy, and chromed brass in SAUZON’s mixed-metal language — adds the functional elegance of period trade furniture.

At 131 × 60 × 90 cm, the SAUZON Large occupies the footprint of a traditional dressoir yet delivers the utility of a full workstation. An optional towel bar and made-to-measure adaptations are available. Oak construction upon request.
