The SAINT OUEN Medium Butcher Block sits between the Square’s minimalism and the Large’s generosity — a piece designed for kitchens that need more than an auxiliary block but less than a full workstation. At 80 × 60 cm, it offers a working surface substantial enough for daily prep and a storage layout considered enough for essentials.

Two soft-close drawers hold cutlery, utensils, or linens, while a cupboard with a central shelf accommodates larger items. The worktop is available in solid hornbeam end-grain for cutting-focused kitchens or white Quartz Unique Calacatta from Compac Surface for luminous contemporary spaces. Each surface option maintains the SAINT OUEN aesthetic: honest materials, precisely finished, presented with confidence.

Crafted in solid and veneered beechwood with cast aluminium, zinc alloy, and chromed brass hardware, the Medium is available in eight De Kercoet finishes. Brushed Brass or Polished Stainless Steel accents, an optional towel bar, and discreet casters add flexibility. Oak construction and made-to-measure adaptations are available upon request.
