BOARDS Reversible End-Grain Cutting Board No. 4 — Maple & Brushed Brass

Description

The Board No. 4 in Maple is De Kercoet’s most refined cutting board — and a gift in its own right. Presented in an elegant box, it condenses the house’s savoir-faire into a format designed for both daily use and ceremonial generosity.

Crafted from solid maple in end-grain construction, the board is reversible: one side features juice grooves for preparation and carving, the other a flat surface for serving and presentation. Two integrated side handles provide a secure grip. Four solid brass corner protectors in Brushed Brass add structural elegance and the tactile signature of the collection.

At 40 × 30 × 4.5 cm, it is compact enough for everyday kitchen use yet beautiful enough to bring directly to the table. The maple’s luminous, fine-grained surface reveals its depth over time, developing a patina that tells the story of every meal prepared upon it.

Whether offered to a chef, a food-loving friend, or kept for one’s own kitchen, the Board No. 4 proves that the most thoughtful gifts are the ones built to endure.
