MARIUS Bar Counter 200
Description
Named in tribute to Marcel Pagnol, MARIUS is dedicated to the bar and the art of entertaining. The Bar Counter 200 is the collection’s flagship — a two-metre statement piece that transforms any room into a place of encounter, where the bartender’s gestures become part of the theatre of hospitality.
The generous serving surface is finished in oak wood for a warmer grain. Cast aluminium accents, solid brass knobs, and sculpted vertical woodwork articulate a silhouette that recalls the grand zinc counters of Parisian brasseries, reinterpreted with De Kercoet’s artisanal precision. An optional footrest in Brushed Brass or Chrome Stainless Steel completes the mise en scène.
On the service side, the counter conceals serious functionality: three soft-close drawers for utensils and accessories, two cupboards with central shelves for glassware and bottles, and two open shelves for items that need to be within immediate reach. Every element is built for the rhythm of service — smooth, silent, precise.
Built in solid and veneered European oak wood the body is available in four De Kercoet lacquer colors, Bond Oak or personalized color upon request. Whether placed in a private residence, a restaurant, a boutique hotel, or a lounge, the MARIUS 200 does not merely furnish a bar — it creates one.
