The HOËDIC Cheese & Dessert Trolley N°1 elevates that moment into an act of curated spectacle: a plexiglas and brass dome, opening gracefully from both sides, reveals a quartz surface kept naturally cool by ice packs concealed in a hidden drawer beneath the top. Temperature and presentation, united in a single, handcrafted piece.

Below the service surface, a soft-close drawer holds knives, spatulas, and accompaniments. A pull-out sliding shelf provides an additional work surface for plating or cutting at table-side. An open display shelf and a dedicated wine bottle rack keep the rest of the service within arm’s reach — everything needed for a complete cheese or dessert course, organized in a flowing, compact silhouette that navigates between tables with ease.

Crafted in solid and veneered beechwood with brass detailing, the trolley is offered in 4 De Kercoet finishes, Blond Oak or personalized color upon request and a Blond Oak belt. The top is available in white Quartz Unique Calacatta from Compac Surface, the hardware in Brushed Brass or Polished Stainless Steel completes a piece whose every surface has been considered for both function and beauty. An optional towel bar is available upon request.
