Section 4 — Types of Cookies Used

4.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of the website and cannot be disabled. They enable, among other things, the management of user sessions, the storage of cookie consent preferences and the security of the website. These cookies do not require prior user consent in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.

4.2 Analytics and Audience Measurement Cookies

These cookies are used to measure website traffic, analyse user navigation and browsing patterns in order to improve the performance and content of the website. They require prior user consent.

4.3 Functional Cookies

5.1 How Consent is Obtained

Upon the user’s first visit to the website, a cookie information banner is displayed. This banner allows the user to:

• Configure preferences on a granular, category-by-category basis.

In accordance with CNIL recommendations, refusing cookies is as simple as accepting them. If the user makes no choice (neither acceptance nor refusal), this is treated as a refusal: no cookies requiring consent are set until the user has expressed a preference.

5.2 Consent Validity

User consent is valid for a period of six (6) months. Upon expiry, the consent banner will be displayed again to allow the user to renew or modify their preferences.

Section 6 — Cookie Retention Period

In accordance with CNIL recommendations, audience measurement cookies are retained for a maximum period of thirteen (13) months from the date of their first deposit on the user’s device. Information collected through these cookies is not retained beyond twenty-five (25) months.

Beyond these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, the user has the following rights over their personal data collected through cookies:

• Right of access: to obtain confirmation that data concerning them is being processed and to obtain a copy thereof.
• Right to rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure: to request the deletion of their data.
• Right to restriction of processing: to request a temporary freeze on the use of their data.
• Right to data portability: to receive their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
• Right to object: to object to the processing of their data.
• Right to withdraw consent: to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal.

Section 10 — Amendments to this Policy

DK reserves the right to amend this cookie management policy at any time in order to comply with legislative, regulatory or technological developments.
