The SAINT OUEN Butcher Block – X-Large is the collection’s statement piece — the wall-facing counterpart of the largest islands, stretched to 180 cm to anchor professional kitchens, grand domestic culinary spaces, and hotel service areas. It is furniture that claims a wall with the same casual confidence that a vintage glacière claims the floor of a Paris marché.

The expansive mixed worktop pairs solid hornbeam end-grain with white Quartz Unique Calacatta from Compac Surface, creating a surface that separates cutting from resting, prep from presentation, with material clarity. Two large soft-close drawers and two full cupboards with internal shelves provide the storage depth that a serious kitchen requires — cookware, linens, platters, serving pieces, all within arm’s reach.

Crafted in solid and veneered beech wood with cast aluminium, zinc alloy, and chromed brass hardware, the X-Large is available in Old Wood C02, four De Kercoet lacquer colors or personalized color upon request. Brushed Brass or Polished Stainless Steel accents, optional towel bars, knife holders, and casters provide tailored flexibility.
